ICCAIA welcomes ICAO’s recommendations on COVID-19 risk management

ICCAIA welcomes ICAO’s publication of reinforced recommendations for countries on risk management and the introduction of COVID-19 related national air travel requirements. As aviation continues to recover from the pandemic and more certainty is brought to the industry for the future, it is critical that countries continue to assure connectivity for passengers and cargo by using data-driven, evidence based measures to address the changing risk environment. 

Eric Fanning takes over as Chair of ICCAIA

Early January 2023, Eric Fanning, President and CEO of the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) took over as Chair of ICCAIA from Jan Pie, Secretary General of the Aerospace, Security and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD), for a two-year period.
