ICCAIA will host its first Aerospace Leaders@ICAO Meeting on 4-5 June 2026 in Montréal, Canada.

This exclusive, invitation-only half-day event will bring together a select group of senior leaders from aerospace companies, including Senior Vice President and Vice President-level participants, particularly those leading policy and technical teams involved in standard-setting.

The event will be preceded by an invitation-only reception on the evening of 3 June, offering a unique opportunity for industry delegates to engage with ICAO leadership.

The program will feature three roundtable sessions on key themes, interspersed with networking breaks, fostering both structured discussions on strategic policy and regulatory issues and informal exchanges on emerging topics.
