ICCAIA Welcomes Abdallah Amor as Technical Manager, Air Navigation and Safety Policy

Montréal, 16 February 2026 – ICCAIA is pleased to welcome Mr. Abdallah Amor as our new Technical Manager, Air Navigation and Safety Policy!

Abdallah joins ICCAIA with over a decade of experience as a Senior Instrument Flight Procedure Designer, bringing extensive expertise in international air navigation projects and regulatory compliance under ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs), as well as Canadian regulatory criteria.

His work has focused on the design, verification, and implementation of both conventional and Performance-Based Navigation (PBN) procedures in accordance with ICAO Doc 8168 (PANS-OPS), Annex 14, Doc 9906, and related international frameworks. Throughout his career, Abdallah has led and contributed to complex air navigation initiatives across North America, the Caribbean, Africa, and South America. His experience includes RNP procedure development, national IFP database reviews, obstacle assessments, airspace integration studies, and regulatory validation packages aligned with ICAO criteria.

Prior to joining ICCAIA, Abdallah served as Head of the Instrument Flight Procedure Design Unit at the Office of Civil Aviation and Airports (OACA) in Tunisia and as Senior IFP at IDS North America. In these roles, he worked closely with ANSPs and civil aviation authorities and participated in international technical groups supporting PBN implementation, regulatory harmonization, and broader aviation policy initiatives.
